《控制泽塔》主要讲述了:以前在哈佛大学念书的一个成绩优秀的学生，一次在游泳时不慎溺水淹死。他的父母悲伤不已，提出要见哈佛校长，哈佛的校长对此表示同情。这时，在门外等候许久的夫妇说想出资给他们的儿子建一幢大楼或造一尊雕塑。校长见两人穿着十分土气，便委婉地表示学校不能接受这样的恩惠，况且学校也不能为一个学生造一个雕塑。这对夫妇互视后说：那不如用捐给哈佛大学的钱另造一所大学吧。In a near future, crimes and accidents can be prevented by making just one phone call to the past.
